Telecom Order CRTC 98-1098
On 9 October 1998, Québec-Téléphone filed an application for approval to introduce a two-promotion campaign with respect to the "Services Étoiles de Québec-Téléphone" (SmartTouch Services), from 9 November 1998 to 2 January 1999. Promotion 1 offers customers of two of the following three options or less, to subscribe to the offer of three options including Name and Number Display, Call Waiting and Call Answer at a rate of $12.95 monthly for four months. Promotion 2 offers customers of one of the following two options or less to subscribe to the offer of Name and Number Display and Call Answer for $9.95 monthly for four months.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 November 1998 are approved.
