Telecom Order CRTC 98-1172
On 8 October 1998, MTS Communications Inc. (MTS) filed an application for approval of the Interconnection Agreement and Schedule A to the Agreement with Minnesota Equal Access Network Services Inc. (MEANS). The Interconnection Agreement will enable MTS to provide private line services and to resell the private line services and other services offered by MEANS. Schedule A to the Interconnection Agreement provides that MTS fibre optic cable located between Emerson, Manitoba and Noyes, Minnesota will be interconnected at Noyes with the telecommunication system that MEANS operates in the State of Minnesota.
