On 17 November 1998, Télébec ltée filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to the General Tariff, introducing a "Services Étoiles en fête" (SmartTouch Services - Holidays) promotional campaign offered to residential customers subscribing for the first time to the « TarifUniQ » long distance service. These subscribers will choose, for a one-month free trial, one service from a range of SmartTouch Services available.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved.
