Telecom Order CRTC 98-1269

On 5 November 1998, BC TEL filed an application for approval of Special Assembly Tariff Item 283 L-2, introducing a Customer Specific Business Local Access Service which provides a business local exchange service tailored to meet the specific requirements of a customer in the education sector, and subject to the condition that the customer select BC TEL as the Primary Interexchange Carrier of long distance services for the access lines provided over the duration of the contract period.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
