On 2 December 1997, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an ex parte application for approval of tariff revisions to its Digital Broadband Service - High Speed.
File No.: Tariff Notice 695
1. By letter dated 18 December 1997, the Commission directed the company to provide, within 2 business days, an abridged copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms.
2. The company provided an abridged copy of the application for the public record on 18 December 1997.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis.
