Telecom Order CRTC 98-264
On 13 February 1998, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Items 50, 190 and 194, replacing the Rate Group structure for Primary Exchange Service with a Rate Band structure.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 16 March 1998 are approved.
