By letter to the Commission dated 12 February 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. stated that, on behalf of and in concurrence with Bell Canada (Bell), it was withdrawing its application for approval of the Canada-United States Northbound Termination Service Agreement between Cherry Communications Inc. and Bell.
