Telecom Order CRTC 98-4
On 9 December 1997, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to Special Facilities Tariff Item D-59(a), providing a 128 Kbps digital facility between Espanola and Blind River, Ontario.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 8 January 1998 are approved.
