Telecom Order CRTC 98-41
On 19 January 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of BC TEL, Bell Canada, The Island Telephone Company Limited, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS NetCom Inc., The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited and NewTel Communications Inc., an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 240, International Outbound Service, eliminating the initial minute charge, modifying and reducing the time of day periods as well as revising the rates for selected routes.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 9 February 1998 are approved on an interim basis.
