Telecom Order CRTC 98-505

On 4 May 1998, MTS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 250, Resale and Sharing, to recover the Carrier Access Tariff charges associated with an alternate provider of long distance service's competitive traffic which terminates in or originates from independent company territories.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff are approved effective the date of this Order.
