Telecom Order CRTC 98-506

On 23 April 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 40.9, Introduction to Primary Service, to identify by one name certain exchanges having dual names. Specifically, Belledune/Jacquet River will become Belledune; Havelock/Petitcodiac will become Petitcodiac; Neguac/Tabusintac will become Neguac; and Carleton North will become Florenceville.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
