Telecom Order CRTC 98-508

On 7 May 1998, Ontario Telephone Association (OTA) filed, on behalf of the OTA Carrier Access Tariff participants listed on page 201 of the Ontario Independent Services Tariff, an application for approval of tariff pages which reflect the final 1995 Carrier Access Tariff rate.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
