On 12 February 1998, The New Brunswick Telephone Company, Limited filed an ex parte application under Tariff Notice (TN) 707, amended by TN 707A dated 11 May 1998.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order. The company is directed to provide a copy of the application for the public record in all relevant public examination rooms within two business days of the date of this Order.
