Telecom Order CRTC 98-530
Pursuant to Telecom Order CRTC 96-1484 issued on 18 December 1996 (Order 96-1484), Télébec ltée (Télébec) filed, under Tariff Notice (TN) 126 dated 17 January 1997, tariffs revisions providing for access to its support structures by cable television providers. Télébec also filed TN 126A on 5 June 1997 to replace TN 126.

1. On 27 June 1997, the Commission received comments from the Canadian Cable Television Association relative to TN 126A.
2. The Commission considers that TN 126 complies with Telecom Decision CRTC 95-13 and Order 96-1484 except for service charges related to unauthorized use of the company's support structures. The Commission expects to issue a ruling with respect to TN 126A and this issue at a later date.
3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission grants interim approval to TN 126 with the exception of Item 10.3.3.19.
