Telecom Order CRTC 98-535

On 5 May 1998, Bell Canada filed an application to add Special Facilities Tariff Item D-47(h), which provides for a local 56 Kbps digital facility between a customer's two premises in Red Lake, Ontario.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 4 June 1998 are approved.
