On 22 May 1998, Bell Canada filed an application to add Special Facilities Tariff Items D-13(d) and (e), providing for four 10 Mbps services among several customer premises in Québec, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 22 June 1998 are approved.
