Telecom Order CRTC 98-541

On 10 March 1998, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3779, amended by TN 3779A dated 16 March 1998, to introduce a six-month market trial for Public Internet Access, General Tariff Item 113.

1. The proposed tariff revisions were approved on an interim basis on 9 April 1998 under Telecom Order CRTC 98-325.

2. The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

3. In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved on a final basis.
