Telecom Order CRTC 98-544

On 22 April 1998, O.N.Tel, the Telecommunications division of Ontario Northland Transportation Commission filed an application for approval of an agreement with Bell Canada concerning the lease of O.N. Tel equipment and sections of fibre optic cable between North Bay, Ontario and Temiskaming, Quebec.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission approves the agreement.
