On 23 April 1998, The Corporation of the City of Thunder Bay - Telephone Division (Thunder Bay Telephone) filed an application for approval of Appendix 10, CCS7 Interconnection, to the Interconnection Agreement with Bell Canada (Bell).

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

Appendix 10 of the Interconnection Agreement between Thunder Bay Telephone and Bell is approved.
