Telecom Order CRTC 98-564
On 11 May 1998, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 340, Basic Services, Resale and Sharing of Services, and Carrier Access Tariff (CAT) Item 170, Interconnecting Services, to recover the CAT charges associated with an alternate provider of long distance service's competitive traffic which terminates in or originates from independent telephone company territories.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
