Telecom Order CRTC 98-570

On 6 May 1998, Bell Canada filed an application to add Special Facilities Tariff Item D-20(ee), which provides for a local 56 Kbps digital network access loop extension between a customer's premises in Toronto and the company's Victoria Park central office in Toronto.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions are approved effective the date of this Order.
