Telecom Order CRTC 98-576

On 12 May 1998, Bell Canada filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 6222, amended by TN 6222A dated 22 May 1998, to add Special Facilities Tariff Item F-1200(q), which provides for eight strands of optical fibres connecting a customer's two premises in Ottawa, Ontario.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 12 June 1998 are approved on an interim basis.
