Telecom Order CRTC 98-579

On 12 May 1998, Northwestel Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 658, amended by TN 658A dated 4 June 1998, to introduce Message Toll Service Tariff Item 313, Prepaid Service, which provides customers in the North the flexibility of making long distance calls with a prepaid card.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 12 June 1998 are approved.
