Telecom Order CRTC 98-822
On 22 July 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. (Stentor) filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of all federally regulated Stentor operating companies, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Items 301, Digital Network Access (DNA), 304, Megaplan Service Extension Features, and 307, Inter-office Digital Channels, introducing a promotional campaign to waive service charges for customers who are migrating from Dataroute Service to Megaplan Service. Coincident with this filing, TELUS Communications Inc. filed, under Tariff Notice 1065, its proposed DNA service charge waiver.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 21 August 1998 are approved.
