Telecom Order CRTC 98-851
On 23 July 1998, Stentor Resource Centre Inc. filed, on behalf of and with the concurrence of Bell Canada, an application for approval of tariff revisions to National Services Tariff Item 905, providing for the expansion of Universal Messaging from its current business-only market segment to include the residential market segment.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 5 October 1998 are approved.
