Telecom Order CRTC 98-860
On 28 July 1998, NBTel Inc. filed an application for approval of wording changes to General Tariff, Item 40.7, Introduction to Primary Service, clarifying that the measured and flat rated services can be both single and multi-line and that the flat rate service may be provided for administrative use on a premise, where hotel and motel measured services, telephone answering services and modem pools are provided.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 31 August 1998 are approved.
