Telecom Order CRTC 98-940
On 31 August 1998, Maritime Tel & Tel Limited (MT&T) filed an application to introduce Special Facilities Tariff Items 1100, 1101 and 1102, providing for the terms, conditions and rates associated with access to MT&T's tower and building space to a Canadian Broadcasting Undertaking, which enable a service broadcaster to attach broadcast equipment to a tower structure and provide for building space for the associated broadcast equipment if necessary, and where space is available.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The proposed tariff revisions are approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order.
