Telecom Order CRTC 98-975
On 24 September 1998, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of tariff revisions to General Tariff Item 4696, High Speed PC Internet Access (Trial), waiving the service charges for TV Internet trial participants placing orders to migrate to the PC Internet trial during the period 5 October to 16 November 1998, and withdrawing Item 4697, High Speed TV Internet Access (Trial).

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
General Tariff Item 4696 is approved effective the date of this Order and Item 4697 is approved effective 17 November 1998.
