  Transfer of control
  The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A98-0040 dated 9 April 1998, the transfer of control of 2535-1438 Québec inc., 2871483 Canada inc. and 2423-4830 Québec inc., licensees of the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-mentioned localities, through the transfer of all the voting shares of the three above-mentioned corporations to Câble-Axion Digitel inc., a corporation ultimately controlled by Investissements Novacap inc.
