On 20 October 1999, Call-Net Enterprises Inc. filed, on behalf of Call-Net Communications Inc. and Bell Canada, an application for approval of the Interim Master Agreement for CLEC-IXC Interconnection between Bell Canada and Call-Net Communications Inc. |

The Agreement is approved on an interim basis effective the date of this Order. |
