Telecom Order CRTC 99-1167

 

Ottawa, 20 December 1999

 

On 25 November 1999, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of Special Facilities Tariff Item F-526(h), Intermediate Frequency Channels for Television Transmission, providing for the installation, supply and service of a single Quadrature Amplitude Modulated channel from a transmission tower site located in Fort Erie, Ontario to the customer's communications headend located in Milton, Ontario.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The application is approved effective 24 December 1999.
