Telecom Order CRTC 99-135

 

On 20 January 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 285, Centrex Voice Activated Dialing Service, which enables Centrex users to place a telephone call by speaking the name or the telephone number of the person they wish to call into the telephone hand set or the telephone set microphone.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 20 February 1999 are approved on an interim basis.
