Telecom Order CRTC 99-266

 

On 11 January 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Items 125, 145, 160, 180, 185, 205, 210 and 220. Tariff Notice 3 is the second in the series of Tariff Notices to be filed toward integrating a full complement of common tariffs.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on 1 April 1999 are approved with the exception of Item 180, Personal Auto-Dial Alarm System, which is deferred.
