Telecom Order CRTC 99-268

 

On 3 February 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 40, amended by TN 40A dated 11 March 1999, for approval of General Tariff Items 175, 200, 330, 335, 340, 345, 350, 355, 360, 365, 370, 380, 385, 390, 395, 400, 405 and Carrier Access Tariff Items 275, 280, 285, 290, 295 and 300. TN 40, amended by TN 40A, is the fifth in the series of TNs filed toward integrating a full complement of common tariffs.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

(a) the proposed tariff revisions to become effective 1 April 1999 are approved, with the exception of General Tariff Items 200 and 400 which are approved effective 9 August 1999;

 

(b) General Tariff Item 340, Answer Supervision Service, and Carrier Access Tariff Item 300, Basic Listing Interchange File Service, are approved on an interim basis effective 1 April 1999; and

 

(c) General Tariff Item 380, Temporary Disconnect, is deferred.
