Telecom Order CRTC 99-410

 

On 1 April 1999, TELUS Communications Inc. filed an application for approval of General Tariff Item 215, Dataline Service, which replaces the former TELUS Communications Inc. General Tariff - Basic Services Item 217 and the former TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc. General Tariff Item 2020.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions are approved with the condition that Dataline Service be assigned to the Single and Multi-Line Business Local Services sub-basket, for price cap purposes.
