Telecom Order CRTC 99-838

 

On 14 July 1999, Télébec ltée filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 225, amended by TN 225A dated 11 August 1999, for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 2.1.6, « Services de base et Service régional » (Primary Service and Extended Area Service (EAS)), to provide EAS between the exchanges of Frontenac and Courcelles; Frontenac and Lampton; Notre-Dame-du-Nord and Rémigny; St-Aimé and St-Jude; St-Aimé and St-Hugues; St-Ours and Contrecoeur; and St-Ours and Montréal.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

The proposed tariff revisions to become effective on the dates set out in the application are approved.
