On 1 February 1999, the Commission received, for approval, a new Gateway Services Agreement between Cable and Wireless Communications Services Limited and Stentor Canadian Network Management, as agent for each of BC TEL, Bell Canada, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc., Saskatchewan Telecommunications and TELUS Communications Inc.

1.The proposed agreement was approved on an interim basis on 3 March 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-193.
2.The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.
3.In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The above agreement is approved on a final basis.
