Telecom Order CRTC 99-944

 

On 25 August 1999, BC TEL filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 3978A for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 32, Exchange Rates, to require that Customers must retain their additional Residential Line for a minimum of one month in order to receive the promotional offer. TN 3978 which introduced the Additional Residential Line Promotion was given interim approval on 16 August 1999 under Telecom Order CRTC 99-801.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:

 

TNs 3978 and 3978A are approved on a final basis.
