Transfer of control and shares

The Commission announces that it has approved, by Letter of Authority A99-0086 dated 8 July 1999, a change to the ownership and control of Columbia Kootenay Broadcasting Co. Ltd. (Columbia Kootenay) through various transfers of issued and outstanding shares held by Gary Cavers, Burton Decarte and Howard Ashmore in several holding companies. Columbia Kootenay is the licensee of a number of radio programming undertakings which serve the communities noted above.
