  One-year renewals

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licences for the cable distribution undertakings serving the above-noted localities, from 1 September 2000 to 31 August 2001, subject to the terms and conditions in effect under the current licences.

2.

The Commission has granted an administrative renewal because it will not be able to rule on the licence renewal applications before the current licence term expires. This renewal does not dispose of the applications, nor of any substantive issues that may exist with respect to the renewal of these licences. The Commission will announce the applications at a later date and interested parties will have an opportunity to comment.
