Licence renewal

1.

The Commission renews the broadcasting licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking (subscription television system) serving Ingonish, from 1 March 2001 to 31 August 2007, subject to the conditions specified in the licence to be issued.

2.

The Commission encourages the licensee to consider employment equity issues in its hiring practices and in all other aspects of its management of human resources (PN 1992-59).
