Revocation

1.

McLeese Lake Recreation Commission has requested the revocation of its licence for the radiocommunication distribution undertaking serving Soda Creek and McLeese Lake. The licensee indicated that it has ceased operations.

2.

In view of the licensee's request and pursuant to paragraph 9(1)(e) and subsection 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission hereby revokes the licence issued to McLeese Lake Recreation Commission for the above-mentioned undertaking.
