  Megastream and Megaplan services
 

The Commission approves TCI's request to:

 
  • Increase the monthly rates for the Megastream terminating equipment, network management and control system, and the associated circuit terminations;
 
  • increase the monthly rates associated with the Megaplan enhanced service extension features which provide for dedicated or shared central office located Megastream terminating equipment;
 
  • revise the service charges associated with Megastream circuit terminations; and
 
  • make housekeeping changes.
 

TCI filed the application on 6 October 2000 to revise Items 707 and 708 of its General Tariff.

 

The revisions take effect on the date of this order.
