  Shareholders' agreement
 

The Commission approves the following:

 

 

  • the Second Amending Agreements to the Central Fund Administration Agreements for the operating territories of Bell Canada, Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc., and First Amending Agreement to Central Fund Administration Agreement for the operating territory of TELUS Communications (Edmonton) Inc.; and

 

 

  • the Unanimous Shareholder Agreement Second Amending Agreement and Amended and Restated Unanimous Shareholder Agreement.
 

Bell Canada filed the application on behalf of itself and Island Telecom Inc., Maritime Tel & Tel Limited, MTS Communications Inc., NBTel Inc., NewTel Communications Inc., TELUS Communications (B.C.) Inc. and TELUS Communications Inc. on 8 August 2000.
