Order CRTC 2000-14

On 10 December 1999, NewTel Communications Inc. filed an application under Tariff Notice (TN) 629, amended by TN 629A dated 20 December 1999, for approval of revisions to General Tariff Item 410, introducing a new single line business service bundle called the Business Service Package, which includes: (a) a single line business Primary Exchange Service; (b) any three eligible features; and (c) 60 minutes per month of direct dialed long distance calling within Canada, any time of day, any day of the week.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved effective the date of this order.
