Megalink promotion
The Commission approves TCBC's request to introduce the Megalink Contract Signing Bonus Promotion with a shortened promotional period, from 15 March to 9 June 2000.
The Commission considers that the proposed promotion is not substantially different from the existing promotion under Item 470 – Megalink Service Charge Waiver Promotion. The Commission also considers that the shorter period for the new promotion would allow the two promotions to be completed within the 12-month period allowed without the support of an imputation test.
TCBC filed an application on 1 February 2000 to revise Item 470 of its General Tariff
