The Commission approves Northern's request to amend the order processing charges associated with foreign business and residence listings as follows:

Business          $50.00
Residence        $25.00

Northern filed this application on 24 March 2000 to revise Section N140.7 of its General Tariff.
These revisions will take effect on 25 April 2000.
