Consumer solutions

The Commission approves, on a final basis, Bell Canada's ex parte application to introduce the Privacy Pack, a new bundled rate element for the residential market, that includes the following services: Call Privacy, Call Display, Call Answer and Call Answer Plus.

Bell Canada filed this application on 5 January 2000 to revise Item 2220 of its General Tariff.

The Commission received no comments with respect to this application.

The application was approved on an interim basis in Order CRTC 2000-78 dated 2 February 2000.
