Ottawa, 31 January 2000
On 18 January 2000, Bell Canada filed an application for approval of revisions to National Services Tariff Item 515, reflecting an extension to the promotional waiver of the Advantage 900 program charges for Premises-Based Service, for customers who migrate their programs from the company's 976 service, from 1 February 2000 to 1 June 2000.

In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
The application is approved effective 1 February 2000.
