Order CRTC 2000-79

  On 22 December 1999, Bell Canada filed an application to withdraw General Tariff Items 3760, Partial Satellite Transmission Channel, and 3770.5 related to unchannelized high capacity analogue groups and supergroups on specified cross sections, as there are no customers using these services.

  In light of the foregoing, the Commission orders that:
  The application is approved effective the date of this order.
